From Chaos to Consilience · Successive Collision Theory
Paper 15 develops the Collision-Acoustic Relation, giving a sound speed set by the collision baryon-loading parameter R_b = 0.2545, and derives the BAO drag radius and associated Hubble-constant and S8 predictions as a low-parameter geometric route to the Hubble and clustering tensions. It positions the collision-acoustic sound horizon as the key discriminator against the standard model in current BAO datasets. [Note: this abstract states r_d = 146.8 Mpc; verify against the v1.1 canonical reconciliation, which flags 161.4 Mpc.]
