From Chaos to Confirming Falsifiability

Abstract

Paper 18 is the consolidated falsifiability catalog and the single source of truth for the SCT prediction count, the Canonical Predictions Ledger, each entry paired with a named experiment, a quantitative falsification criterion, and current status. It supersedes earlier aggregate figures and functions as the registry against which SCT can be tested and, in principle, refuted, spanning cosmological predictions in the CMB, BAO, S8, and N_eff, galactic predictions in rotation curves and alignments, and the compact-object domain.
