Abstract

The foundational overview paper of the series. It catalogs 231 Lambda-CDM tensions and compresses them into 11 Primary Concept Groups, each pinned to a keystone premise drawn from the 69 founding premises. SCT is framed as a single-assumption replacement of the hot-dense-singular origin with a superluminal nested-pocket collision, retaining general relativity, special relativity, the Standard Model, and lattice QCD on an eternal, infinite background. Three zero-free-parameter results anchor it: A* = 6.173 = 1/f_b, R_b = 0.2545 plus or minus 0.032, and N_eff = 2.514 plus or minus 0.050, with a 17.7-sigma CMB-S4 forecast against the Standard Model value of 3.046. A unified field equation adds a dynamical effective Lambda, coherent superposition stress-energy, and a QCD lower-boundary domain restriction to general relativity, with a Delta BIC of minus 411 over 2,368 data points, two parameters versus forty-eight. [Note: this abstract states r_d = 146.8 Mpc from Paper 15; verify against the v1.1 canonical reconciliation, which flags 161.4 Mpc.]
